Grisart Fotografia, S.L. (hereinafter "GRISART") establishes in this document, the terms and conditions in compliance with current law governing personal data protection to ensure correct use and confidentiality in the treatment of your personal information. This legal notice is subject to modification owing to changes in legislation, jurisprudence or the criteria set out by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos and/or the current authority at that moment. Consequently, GRISART reserves the right to modify this legal notice to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence which may be applicable at the moment of accessing websites, as well as to practices being applied in the sector.


All information received via email or online forms will be treated according to the current regulations regarding personal data protection and will always be regarded as confidential by the the staff of GRISART responsible for the management of such information.

GRISART promises to protect the privacy of its clients and users of its website. In addition to the minimum requirements established by law, the collection and processing of data is carried out using levels of security which impede the loss or manipulation of data.
This Declaration describes our policy regarding collection and use of information gathered through this website.
Users of the website are informed that answers to the questions in the form located under the “Contact” tab are provided voluntarily. By using the this form you accept the inclusion and processing of any personal information provided in our records.
By introducing information in any of the data capture fields you are agreeing to this Legal Notice having been informed of its conditions and adhering to them whilst using the website.


The present condition have been created to conform to the criteria established in the law 34/2002, of 11 July by Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE), Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of 13 December, regarding protection of data of a personal character (LOPD) y Real Decreto 1720/2007, of 21 December, by which are approved the regulation implementing the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of 13 de December, regarding protection of data of a personal character (RDLOPD).
GRISART may modify the present General Conditions, advising via the publication of said modifications on the website so as to be known by the Users before utilising thewebsite.
If any clause included in these conditions be declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness shall only affect the referred clause or its part but not the whole General Conditions and the rest of the General Conditions would remain in effect and said clause, or the affected part of the same, will be considered to have been excluded.


The user shall be responsible for the use of and access to the website and any information and content contained within. Thus, any use that can be made of said information, images or content accessible through the website shall be subject to the law, national or international, applicable, likewise the principles of good faith and fair use by the User who will be entirely responsible for said access and correct use. The Users are obliged to make fair use of the services or contents under the principles of good faith and with respect for the current law, morals, public order, good habits, the rights of third parties and the company, all according to the means and ends for which they were conceived. GRISART assumes no responsibility, direct or indirect, derived from the improper use of the services or contents by the User or third parties.

GRISART accepts no responsibility for websites which may be accessed via links or any other content made available by third parties.
Any use of a links or access to an external website is carried out at the exclusive discretion and risk of the user and GRISART neither recommends nor guarantees any information obtained through websites outside of the GRISART website. Neither will GRISART be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage derived from the proper or improper use of a link or any information obtained through such links, including other links or websites, for the interruption of service or access or the attempt to improperly or properly use a link, whilst either connecting to the website of GRISART or accessing information of other websites from the website of GRISART.


All the contents provided by GRISART -as well as the contents stated in the network through its web pages- constitute an entire work in accordance with the meanings of the regulations about intellectual property, and thus are protected by the laws and the international treaties issued regarding this matter.

It is prohibited any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification, delivery and, in general, any other deed of public procedure referring both to the web pages and to its contents and information, without the specific and previous approval in written form from GRISART.
Consequently, all the contents displayed at different websites, specially designs, texts, graphs, logos, icons, buttons, software, commercial names, brands, industrial drawings or any other signs susceptible of industrial and commercial use, are subject to the intellectual and industrial rights belonging to GRISART or to third parties owning such rights who had duly authorized its inclusion in the different websites.
The contents, images, forms, opinions, indexes and any other formal expressions belonging to these web pages, as well as the software required for its operation and visualization, also constitute an entire work in accordance with the Royalties regulations, and are therefore protected by the international conventions and the national regulations regarding the applicable Intellectual Property Rights. The failure to comply with the issues stated above implies carrying serious illegal acts and its persecution through civil and penal procedures.


Grisart Escola Internacional de Fotografia accepts no responsibility for the damage, improper use, wear and tear, theft or loss of any equipment that forms part of the work material of its students (cameras and accessories, hard disks, laptops, etc.) in any of the activities that form part of their training, practices or other during their period as a student.


By completing the enrolment form for any of the courses at GRISART, the student voluntarily consents to the use of their image by Grisart Escola Internacional de Fotografia and authorizes them to publish it online on the various platforms in use by the school (web, facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube among others) or in the printed publications of an educational or informative nature.
Equally the students authorize Grisart Escola Internacional de Fotografia to use the works created during their period of study at the school for educational and promotional use within the framework of the activities of the center and under no circumstances for commercial use or profit.


Cancellation consists of the total annulment of the enrollment and the refund of the total amount paid as long as the cancellation request is made within fourteen (14) calendar days after having formalize the application.

The cancellation must be requested using the enrollment form which can be viewed in this document.

The refund for the cost of enrollment is on the condition of presentation of the proof of payment made by the student. The email to which this must be sent is:

Once the cancellation has been requested in time and in the agreed way, the student may request re-enrollment, effectively annulling the cancellation request. To apply for this, the student must complete this document and send it via email to the following address: before the start date of the course, this process is subject to there being places available on the course.

Consequences of Cancellation:

If the student requests the cancellation of enrollment, Escuela Grisart will proceed with the refund of all payments made, minus a 15% administrative charge, within a period of maximum fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the request is received.

For this reason it is important that the applicant supply us with up to date bank account information if it should be different from that which was supplied at the time of enrollment, to be able to carry out the refund.

If when completing the enrollment form the student has selected the direct debit payment method, and the account has already been charged, Escuela Grisart will proceed with the refund process after a period of fifty six (56) days in accordance with current banking laws, during which Escuela Grisart will not be held liable.

If the reason for cancellation is due to a student visa being declined, Escuela Grisart will proceed with the refund of all payments made, minus a 15% administrative charge, within a period of maximum fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the request is received accompanied by a scanned copy of the official document from the relevant Embassy or Consulate expressly indicating the refusal of the visa.

Once the course has started, any student who decides not to continue the classes must continue to pay the full amount of the course.
